The actual definition of a secondary school is an educational institution where the final stage of schooling required by federal law, known as public education, takes place. Simply stated, Osborne is a high school that follows primary education, or elementary/junior high in the educational progression of an individual.
The process in becoming the National Principal of the year entails an application which includes 3 essays and an interview. The finalists will be announced in August and in September the winner. Despite the winner, in October the principal of the year for each state will attend a meeting in Washington D.C.
