The songs that were chosen “Single Ladies,” “Sweet Dreams,” “Work it Out,” “Crazy In Love,” “Jumpin' Jumpin',” by Destiny's Child, “Déjà Vu,” “Diva,” "Beautiful Liar" by Beyoncé & Shakira. Crews that will move on: We Are Heroes, Rhythm City
Week 3: Martial Arts Challenge aired August 23rd, 2009. The crews challenge was to include martial arts into their routine; Quest Crew's Steve Terada appeared as a Guest Instructor.
