Week of February 1

This week we did integration by substitution.  You need to turn in:

In packet 1-35 odd, but not 27 and 61

little booklet with problem 78 from p. 339

We also started Calculus and Romeo and Juliet.  We read "Loves Me, Loves Me Not (Do the Math)".  We found the main idea and the details in the article.  Then we used four different functions for Juliet's love and figured out what Romeo's love did.  The four functions were J=cos(t), J=cos(2t), J=tcos(t²), and J=tsin(t²).
