AP Economics Daily 1/20/10

We are continuing to practice Monopolies and PErfect Competition but we REALLY need to move on so by Friday we will definitely be in Oligopoly. I've moved the AP graphs to an AP Econ page - link to the right. You will find other AP stuff there you need to know.

Our daily quizzes are not going away so you need to be studying these graphs!

Economics Daily 1-20-10

So far this week we have covered Production Possibilities Curves, Marginal Cost and benefit and begun Economic Systems. We will continue on economic systems the rest of this week and by next week will be ready to finish up the unit. I think maybe on Friday we might take a quiz over some of the topics we have already covered. Test should be around the end of next week.

Economics Daily 1-12-10

Today 1st block finished their survival activity and presented in groups.

2nd block classes were slightly behind but they finished the activity and will present briefly at the beginning of class tomorrow.

After that we will take some notes on trade-offs and opportunity cost and do an activity on that as well as some practice questions.

Economics Daily 01-11-10

Today we finished the notes on resources and did some practice questions on scarcity. Next we began a group activity on resources and allocation. We will finish and present tomorrow.

Economics Daily 01/07/09

Well for our first day of regular class we began with a discussion about and notes on scarcity and resources. We have a little bit to finish and then tomorrow we will do an activity reinforcing these concepts.
